If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so, or not showing up for your appointment, will result in a cancellation fee charged to the card on file. The fee is based on the service cost, the appointment length, and the cost of materials. For reference, the fee for any missed injectable or facial services is $100. For longer services, such as permanent makeup and CoolSculpting Elite, the fee is up to $250. We value your time and patronage, and our goal is to be as fair as possible.
